How long will it take to receive my items?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are typically delivered within 2-4 weeks, depending on your location. Please note that some items may be shipped from international warehouses depending on stock availability. 

While we make every effort to dispatch orders on the day they are placed, there may be slight delays during busy periods. Please note that goods may only be delivered on business days.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $150 AUD. For orders under $150 AUD, a standard flat rate of $15 applies. We believe in providing affordable shipping options to our customers, ensuring that you receive your items without breaking the bank.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide. However, please note that there may be certain countries that we are unable to ship to due to travel restrictions or shipping limitations. To check if we ship to your country, simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and shipping details. This will allow you to track the progress of your order and estimate its arrival. We understand the importance of knowing where your package is, and we strive to provide you with the necessary information to stay informed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to the items in your order or accept cancellations once the order has been placed. All orders are final upon payment. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing the purchase to ensure accuracy. If you have any concerns or need assistance, please contact our customer service team.

What should I do if my parcel doesn't arrive?

If you have received a shipping confirmation but your parcel has not arrived within 14-21 business days, we recommend checking the shipping address provided during checkout and reaching out to people at your place to ensure they did not accidentally receive your package. You can also track your parcel using the tracking number provided in the dispatch confirmation email. If you are unable to locate your parcel or have any concerns, please contact the courier service or our customer service team for assistance.

What should I do if there are items missing from my delivery?

In some cases, items in your order may be dispatched from different warehouses, resulting in multiple/separate packages. If you believe there are missing items from your delivery, please contact us within 14 business days. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, send out a replacement for any missing items. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

Are there any additional duties or taxes on my order?

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs tax and duty in accordance with your country's regulations. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of and comply with any applicable customs fees. We recommend checking your local tax laws and government customs website before placing an order to ensure a smooth delivery process. Taqwa Gifts does not cover the cost of customs tax and duty.

Is there a delay during busy periods?

While we strive to ship all orders quickly, there may be slight delays during busy periods such as sales, Ramadan, and Eid and December holidays. We encourage you to place your orders well in advance to allow for any potential delays. Please note that transit delays or glitches with the courier service may also occur, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.
