At Taqwa Gifts, we understand the importance of customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and refund policy. Please read the following guidelines to understand the process:
What items can be returned?
All Quran speakers can be returned within 14 days of delivery if the item's conditions meet our requirements. Customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items will not be accepted for return if they are stained, soiled, or modified from their original condition.
What items cannot be returned?
All canvas prints and vinyl stickers are made to order and cannot be returned. Please ensure you carefully select the item, size, colour, and quantity before checking out.
All hijabs and scarf accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, so please choose carefully before placing your order.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON ANY SALE ITEMS OR CHANGE OF MIND.
What if the items are damaged or faulty?
While we take utmost care in packing and delivering your order, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective, damaged, or faulty item, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and provide you with the option of a full refund or replacement.
To file a claim, please notify us within 14 days of the delivery date and include the order number, a brief description of the fault, and pictures showing the item's condition. Please email us at admin@taqwagifts.com.
What if my item’s colours are not the same as the pictures?
We strive to ensure that our product photos accurately represent the true colours. However, due to variations in monitors, lighting sources, digital photography, and dye lot differences, we cannot guarantee an exact colour match. Please note that screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct.
How do I return items?
To initiate the returns process, please email us at admin@taqwagifts.com. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that all return postage/shipping costs must be paid by the customer. We recommend using a trackable service to avoid any delays or loss during transit. Please retain the tracking details for your records.
When do I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If your return is accepted, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since the refund approval, please contact our customer service team.
Can I exchange my items?
Currently, we do not offer exchanges on purchases. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
